For the part-time (Silver) position, our selection process involves application and resume review, phone interviews, professional screening, virtual and in-person interviews. CPR first aid certification is required, along with background and driving record checks, and reference checks. An employee agreement will be provided upon selection. We also offer a one-month check-in with the family and nanny to ensure a smooth transition. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of childcare experience outside of their own family.
