Take a moment to fill out of online questionnaire. The more detailed your answers, the better equipped our team will be in evaluating your needs and goals. You will receive an email shortly after to get ready for step two.
The Follow-Up Call
We will reach out to you within 48 hours, we will want to make sure we cover any additional questions, or concerns regarding your submitted questionnaire. There is no cost to this call. We will discuss packages pricing and make sure we are a great fit to move forward.
Family Meeting via Zoom
This face-to-face meeting helps us formulate the best solutions and determine how we can assist you in your customized household staffing needs. During the consultation with an experienced nanny placement specialist, we will take the time to get to know your family's unique needs and preferences. We'll ask about your children's ages, schedules, and any special needs or concerns you may have. We'll also discuss your ideal nanny's qualifications, experience, and personality.
Let the Search Begin
Based on the information we’ve gathered through our communication with you, we’ll begin the search for your perfect fit. Our rigorous screening process is designed to ensure that the nannies we place are trustworthy, experienced, and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. All our nannies undergo a comprehensive background check, reference check, and multiple interviews.
Choose Your Candidates
We’ll supply you with a list of professional nannies and other household staff whose backgrounds, experience, specialties, and temperaments pair perfectly with your family’s needs. We’ll leave the final decision up to you of course. We know this is a big decision, so feel free to take your time perusing through their detailed profiles we supply and contact us with any questions or concerns at any time.
Make Your Hire
Once we have found the perfect nanny for your family, we will present you with a placement agreement, outlining the terms of the nanny's employment. We will also provide support and guidance throughout the nanny's first days on the job to ensure a smooth transition for your family.
