Our Nanny Share (Gold) program follows a comprehensive selection process. It includes application and resume review, phone interviews, professional screening, and virtual interviews. CPR first aid certification, background checks, driving record verification, and reference checks are mandatory. We provide interview sample questions to assess candidates. We offer a one-month check-in with the family and nanny, along with a three-month free replacement option. An employee agreement is provided, and a minimum of 2 years of childcare experience outside of the family is required. Custom employee and confidentiality agreements can be arranged upon request. Degree verification is conducted, and quarterly follow-up calls are made during the first year.
